Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (zenslab.kr, the “Site”) operated by ZensLab Corp. (the “Company”, address: 2F Suite 2787, 25 Sinchon-ro, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul 03785, Republic of Korea), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Site” means the website operated by the Company to provide product and company information and to receive inquiries
2. “User” means any person who accesses the Site and views the information it provides or uses the inquiry function in accordance with these Terms
3. “Content” means all information posted on the Site, including documents, images, videos and software-related materials

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will announce amendments on the Site at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users

Article 4 (Services)

1. Provision of information about the Company and its products (including BrowZen)
2. Receipt of and response to inquiries regarding product adoption, demos and partnerships
3. Other information services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Site’s Content belong to the Company. ZensLab, 젠스랩, BrowZen, 브라우젠 and related logos are trademarks or service marks of the Company
2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast or otherwise use the Content for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to do so, without the Company’s prior written consent
3. Reasonable use for news reporting or citation is permitted on condition that the source is credited

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

1. Entering false information or misappropriating another person’s information when submitting an inquiry
2. Interfering with the normal operation of the Site - abnormal automated access, vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service attempts, etc. (good-faith reports of security vulnerabilities may be sent to sales@zenslab.kr)
3. Infringing the intellectual property rights, reputation or credit of the Company or third parties
4. Any act that violates applicable laws

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. Product information, specifications and roadmaps posted on the Site are subject to change without notice and do not constitute contractual commitments. Specific product functions, performance and certifications are governed by individual contracts and official proposals
2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or telecommunications failures
3. The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Site

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the separately posted Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea
2. Disputes between the Company and users arising from use of the Site shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea
